About the role
Sailor Health is building an AI-native health system for older adults and seeks a founding full‑stack engineer to join as its fourth engineer. The role can be based in New York City or remote, offering the chance to design and launch AI‑first products that have real clinical impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI voice‑powered coaches that support cognitive health, mindfulness, and wellness through natural conversational interactions.
- Develop AI care agents for providers, including speech‑to‑text triage, care navigation copilots, auto‑summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake.
- Architect and ship the core clinical operations layer covering patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue‑cycle management using healthcare APIs.
Required profile
- 4+ years of full‑stack experience with a strong product mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and make critical technical decisions.
