About the role
We are building the future of recruiting with AI and need an exceptional engineer to join our founding team in a San Francisco hackerhouse. As engineer #4, you will have massive ownership, shape product direction, and help scale a $600B industry.
Key responsibilities
- Ship features to production daily and own entire product areas from concept to deployment.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows using AI.
Required profile
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI, including coding with LLM APIs and AI‑assisted tools.
- Startup mindset: high agency, resourceful, and obsessed with creating value.
