Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Venn is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as an AI transformation partner embedded within enterprise clients. You will work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify high‑value problems and deliver solutions quickly using Venn’s platform and data assets.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with the client to understand their organization, tech stack, and business model, and win trust by solving the most urgent problem first.
• Design, build, and release end‑to‑end solutions on top of Venn’s platform and the client’s centralized data.
• Shape the product roadmap by collaborating with client stakeholders to prioritize features and then execute them yourself.
• Own the outcome, bring learnings back to Venn’s product team, and scale successful solutions across other clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understand model behavior impact.
• Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation without slowing progress.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on‑site client work.
