About the role

The Ford QuickLane Service Advisor greets customers, manages appointments, and coordinates vehicle repairs at Ricart Automotive’s Ford Service department.

Key responsibilities

Review daily appointment schedules and greet customers with knowledge of their service needs.
Generate repair orders, dispatch jobs to qualified technicians, and develop cost estimates.
Calculate payments, verify warranty or service contract coverage, and arrange towing or temporary transportation.
Answer inbound calls, set future service appointments, and make outbound calls to update customers on vehicle status.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Service Manager.

Required profile

Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral communication and strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible nights and weekends.
Experience with cashier/credit‑card systems is a plus.
Capability to manage relationships across all channels and levels.
