Food and Beverage Supervisor – Seasonal (Hamptons)

About the role

Join the Discovery Land Company team for a seasonal position at its Hamptons locations – Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach and The Hills in East Quogue. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will help deliver the signature Discovery experience to members and guests throughout the summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Director and Manager in daily operations of restaurants and outlets.
• Maintain product quality, stock levels, and compliance with cleaning, temperature, and safety checklists.
• Handle member or guest issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and ensure accurate tracking on outlet sheets.
• Assist with basic service duties such as running food, clearing tables, and simple food preparation.
• Communicate low par levels and act as a central point for inventory concerns.
• Uphold all federal, state, and company policies related to health, safety, and security.

Required profile

• At least ten (10) months of front‑of‑house experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
• Strong knowledge of wines and beverage pairings.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and service.
• Positive team attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
