About the role
Northwest is seeking a Floating Teller to provide excellent customer service across several branch locations in Cranberry Township, Butler, and Ross Township. The role involves traveling to different sites, handling transactions, and supporting the bank’s operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned bank locations on a flexible schedule, often with short notice.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and refer them to appropriate specialists.
- Balance teller drawer daily and participate in dual‑control procedures for vaults and ATMs.
- Maintain attendance, reliable transportation, and adhere to security and compliance policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Customer service, cash‑handling, and banking or retail experience (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and the bank’s Teller System.
- Ability to follow dual‑control and security processes.
