Floating Community Manager for Colrich Property

About the role

The Floating Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Colrich community in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with due‑diligence, file audits, unit inspections, and onboarding of new residents.
• Coach onsite team members, provide training, and suggest performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage petty‑cash expenditures.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and manage resident communications.
• Analyze market trends, implement leasing strategies, and maintain online reputation and social‑media presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of property‑management, sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.
• Strong skills in internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses or certifications for property management.
