About the role

Lead and grow the team responsible for verifying flight software to DO-178C compliant processes, ensuring safety, airworthiness, and regulatory approval.

Key responsibilities

Provide direction and guidance to software verification engineers and own verification efforts.
Triage verification issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and manage tool qualification per DO-330.

Required profile

7+ years experience in safety‑critical software verification for DO-178C objectives.
3+ years in technical leadership or people‑management roles.

Required skills

Proficiency with static analysis and structural coverage tools (e.g., Rapita, VectorCAST, LDRA).
Experience with configuration‑management tools, embedded C/C++ development, and test‑automation environments.
