Financial Due Diligence Manager – Deals (FS)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Deals – FS Financial Due Diligence Manager to provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will lead the analysis of financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flows, assets and other key deal issues while mentoring junior staff and ensuring project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due‑diligence workstreams for M&A and divestiture transactions.
• Analyse financial statements to assess quality of earnings, cash flow and asset valuation.
• Develop strategic advice and business‑diligence deliverables for clients.
• Plan, budget, execute and close projects on time and within scope.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise client transaction value.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain quality standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualification such as an active CPA license, CFA, Chartered Accountant or an MBA.
