Financial Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of high‑end interior design firms. In this role you will oversee all aspects of project accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Full execution of clients' project accounting.
• Accurately manage monthly and year‑end financial close.
• Oversee back‑office processes and maintain precise records.
• Perform general bookkeeping and financial analysis, including invoicing, sales tax filing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with clients.
• Apply company processes to help clients become more profitable.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a professional accounting or business‑oriented field.
• Undergraduate degree or background in business, accounting, or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L, and general ledger.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Positive attitude.
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
