Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at Appcast. In this role you will support corporate financial planning, reporting and decision‑making, partnering with finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive accountability and provide insights for strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine monthly financial forecasts and consolidate corporate forecasts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead headcount planning and workforce expense forecasting in partnership with the People Team and business leaders.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including variance assessments, profitability trends, margin evaluations and cost management.
• Create and support the delivery of financial reporting packages, presentations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month‑end close to ensure accurate reporting and business performance understanding.
• Support the annual operating plan, budgeting and long‑range planning processes.
• Review monthly financial results, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights through variance analysis.
