Field Marketing Manager – North America

About the role

Coder is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to bring its regional marketing programs to life across North America. You will design and execute field and ABM initiatives that raise awareness, support sales, and generate pipeline for developer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run regional field marketing plans aligned with global strategy and North American priorities.
• Plan and host memorable virtual and in‑person events, from engineering roundtables to developer meetups.
• Support lead generation and pipeline goals through strategic programs, clear handoffs, and timely follow‑through.
• Partner with global marketing to localize campaign content for North American audiences.
• Collaborate with sales on ABM plays for high‑priority accounts, turning target lists into real conversations.
• Coordinate co‑branded campaigns and joint events with partners, resellers, and channel allies.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or developer‑focused companies.
• Hands‑on experience executing regional programs, events, partner campaigns, and sales‑aligned marketing motions.
• Proven ability to support or run account‑based marketing initiatives.
• Strong project‑management skills, managing timelines, vendors, and cross‑functional inputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
