Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Runlayer is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of trade shows and regional events. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will plan, negotiate, activate, and report on each program, ensuring on‑brand delivery and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of trade shows and regional programs from planning through post‑event reporting.
• Manage on‑site logistics for conferences and small‑format events, delivering high‑touch experiences.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to align target accounts and convert event engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Evaluate third‑party sponsorship opportunities and manage program budgets.
• Track and report performance metrics such as pipeline influenced, cost‑per‑lead, and sponsorship ROI.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record managing trade shows and sponsorship relationships end‑to‑end.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple concurrent programs.
• Data‑driven with comfort tracking pipeline impact and reporting to leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% during peak event season.

Required skills

• Experience negotiating sponsorship contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and demand‑generation teams.
