Federal Work Study – Marketing Management

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and make outbound calls, assisting with internal and external program inquiries.
• Support orientations and testing activities for students.
• Operate office equipment and perform basic computer work using Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Complete campus errands as needed.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in at least six credit hours and maintaining that enrollment.
• Meeting Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements and having a completed FAFSA for the current aid year.
• Not in default on any Federal Aid program and having a verified financial aid file.
• Strong communication skills, work ethic, and an unmet financial need as defined by FAFSA guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Compensation of $10.00 per hour, up to 19.5 hours per week.
• No additional State of Georgia benefits.
