Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (Delta, UT)

About the role

Delta Family Medicine, a rural clinic in Delta, Utah, is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician who can also provide obstetric services. The physician will deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and manage low‑risk pregnancies, contributing to improved access to healthcare in an underserved community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care services, including preventive exams, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients from infants to seniors.
• Deliver prenatal care, conduct routine obstetric visits, and manage uncomplicated labor and deliveries.
• Offer gynecological services such as well‑woman exams, contraception counseling, and minor procedures (e.g., IUD insertion, colposcopy).
• Provide newborn assessments and pediatric follow‑up care.
• Coordinate care with specialists and arrange transfers for high‑risk pregnancies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient‑centered, high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible in Family Medicine with training/interest in obstetrics.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
