Fall Protection Sales Specialist – Virginia

About the role

As a Fall Protection Specialist you will collaborate with innovative 3Mers worldwide, focusing on key account opportunities in the Virginia market while providing training and support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize key‑account Fall Protection opportunities across Virginia.
• Manage Fall Protection penetration within end‑user and distributor customers.
• Provide regional training and support using a Fall Protection demo truck.
• Support training program development with Training Managers.
• Assist in prioritizing new Fall Protection product introductions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED + 7 years Fall Protection or safety‑industry experience, OR Bachelor’s degree + 3 years experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lb, climb ladders and walk uneven surfaces.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Fall Protection product categories.
• Experience selling Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to industrial and construction customers.
• Proven sales experience through industrial and construction distribution channels.
