Facilities Management & Real Estate/IT Project Manager

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Facilities Management & Real Estate / IT Project Manager to join the Digital Solutions team in Mobile, AL or Grand Prairie, TX. You will drive digital and facilities infrastructure transformation initiatives across FMRE, Security and Corporate Services, working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver compliant, high‑value regional IT and facilities solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site Agile roadmap execution and infrastructure project delivery.
• Manage backlog maturation and write user stories in the SAFe environment.
• Bridge global IT capabilities with regional site needs across North America, Europe and India.
• Collaborate daily with technical delivery teams, facilities leads and engineering partners.
• Ensure solutions align with global Airbus architecture and compliance standards.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to key sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management, real estate and IT project management.
• Strong background working in Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to work on‑site (minimum 80%) in a hybrid model and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural, multinational environment.
