Facilities (MAC) Manager

About the role

The Move, Add, Change (MAC) Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing workplace changes such as employee relocations, space reconfigurations and equipment adjustments across Airbus sites, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop workplace solutions, manage headcount growth, departmental reorganisations and new workplace concepts.
• Lead complex analysis, space planning and forecasting, produce recommendations and maintain occupancy data.
• Coordinate furniture test‑fits, workplace usage solutions and manage external vendors for moves and installations.
• Track project budgets, expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Conduct site walk‑throughs, readiness checks and present management‑level updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management or project coordination.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic CAFM and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience with Google Suite.
