Facilities Leader

About the role

Join Zurich Cover‑More’s Travel Guard team as a Facilities Leader overseeing operations, projects, and vendor partnerships across multiple office locations. You will ensure safe, efficient, and well‑maintained work environments while supporting strategic real‑estate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with service providers and landlords.
• Oversee facilities management operations, project delivery, and supplier management across Stevens Point, Houston, and Omaha offices.
• Monitor vendor performance, manage contracts, and negotiate maintenance agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and housekeeping inspections.
• Develop business plans, manage project budgets, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day building maintenance and safety activities with engineers and service providers.
• Partner with the Zurich North America Facilities team on workplace and real‑estate initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of Facilities Management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in facilities operations, project management, and space planning.
• Ability to travel 4‑6 times per year to support facility operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
