Facilities Building Management Systems / I&C Engineer

About the role

As a Facilities Engineer focused on Building Management Systems and Instrumentation & Controls, you will design, implement, and maintain industrial control and monitoring infrastructure for Bosch's semiconductor manufacturing site in Roseville, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation, startup, and testing of new automation systems, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and facilities teams.
• Write engineering standards, scopes of work, and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Specify, calibrate, and integrate field devices such as pH, flow, and temperature sensors.
• Understand and troubleshoot OT network issues.
• Develop and maintain PLC logic, primarily on Schneider and Emerson platforms, for high‑availability systems.
• Maintain and enhance the Ignition SCADA system and integrate complex architectures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument & Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation and control operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot low‑voltage control wiring.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
