Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Operator

About the role

The Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Operator ensures safe 24/7/365 monitoring and control of IOC centers, optimizing field assets across the Appalachian Basin and Central Regional Focus Area. The role combines operations, technology and troubleshooting to reduce field‑operator “windshield” time and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control IOC assets 24/7, including wells, gathering pipelines, SWD, laydown yards and compression stations.
• Perform lift optimization, liquids management, commissioning, return‑to‑service, HP optimization and line‑pressure management.
• Identify and implement methods to decrease windshield time for field operators.
• Maintain and report KPI performance for the IOC.
• Support operational coverage during peak and non‑peak hours.
• Collaborate with field analysts, lease operators, lead operators and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 1+ years of control‑room operations experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of field operations experience in wellhead, pads, SWD, gathering or midstream environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience optimizing resource allocation and tracking progress.
