About the role

We are seeking reliable, experienced Installation Trade Staff to transform office spaces, hotels, and corporate environments into functional, stylish areas. The role demands consistent performance and a commitment to diamond‑class customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Brothers Interiors’ commitment to service excellence and diamond‑class customer service.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently while reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly directions.
• Lift up to 50 lb individually and 75 lb+ with a team, maintain a clean work area, and ensure punctual attendance.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, customers, and coworkers, and drive cargo vans or passenger vehicles when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation documents.
• Experience driving cargo vans or passenger vehicles.
