About the role

Join the team at Felina Restaurant inside the Albion Summit Hotel, part of the Landmark Hospitality portfolio. As a bartender you will deliver memorable guest experiences in an upscale, boutique hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and provide menu guidance.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Upsell beverages, process payments, and maintain accurate guest checks.
Maintain a clean, sanitized bar area and adhere to health‑safety standards.

Required profile

Minimum two years of fine‑dining bartending experience.
Exceptional guest service skills and a neat appearance.
Ability to run errands for guests, restock condiments, and handle payment processing.
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices for bar tools and dining areas.
