Experienced Bartender for Upscale Dining

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking experienced bartenders to join the team at the Ryland Inn, an upscale dining venue in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences in a high‑end restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide memorable guest service and take guest orders.
• Deliver food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Offer suggestions, upsell food and beverage items, and personalize the dining experience.
• Assist with payment processing and ensure proper handling of guest checks.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including tools and dining spaces.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of fine‑dining bartending experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service with a neat appearance.
• Strong knowledge of condiment refilling, payment security, and guest check control.
• Comfortable running errands for customers within the restaurant.
• Understanding of sanitizing procedures for tools and dining areas.
