About the Position
Zirtual is seeking highly skilled and proactive Executive Virtual Assistants to provide premium, high-level administrative support to our diverse clientele. As a key player in our service delivery, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional professional service for busy executives.
Main Missions
- Serve as the primary professional point of contact for clients and account supervisors.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee inbox management, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Execute diverse projects, including detailed research and procurement tasks.
- Handle financial administrative tasks such as expense tracking and reporting.
- Manage social media presence and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Maintain proactive communication to anticipate client needs and streamline workflows.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in executive administrative support or high-level virtual assistance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of autonomy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
