We are a Midtown Manhattan bank seeking a professional receptionist for a long‑term, temp‑to‑permanent position. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and supports daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Greet and assist visitors as the first point of contact.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department on various projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
