Executive Director, Global Business

About the role

The Executive Director, Global Business will be the founding academic leader of a new, AI‑native bachelor’s degree delivered across New York and London. Reporting to the Dean of the D'Amore‑McKim School of Business, this senior role will shape curriculum, build industry partnerships and launch the program.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the four‑studio progressive architecture that replaces traditional core courses.
• Lead cross‑college collaboration between business and design/arts faculty, ensuring shared ownership and co‑teaching.
• Develop competency‑based curriculum, oversee AACSB accreditation compliance, and manage program budgets.
• Establish industry liaison and studio‑partner infrastructure to integrate real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Doctorate or terminal degree in business, management, entrepreneurship or related field.
• Significant academic leadership experience (Program Director, Associate Dean, Department Chair or equivalent).
• Proven track record launching new experiential or competency‑based academic programs.
• Experience operating in multi‑campus, international higher‑education environments.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of studio‑based, project‑based, portfolio‑assessed curriculum design.
• Familiarity with AACSB accreditation standards and competency documentation.
• Knowledge of AI‑native curriculum design and integration.
• Strong financial acumen for program budgeting and enrollment growth.
