About the role

We are looking for an experienced, outcome‑oriented Executive Business Partner to join our team. In this high‑impact, in‑office role you will partner with C‑level leaders to provide critical support and help them focus on the highest‑leverage work.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic calendar management – align schedules with business priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Daily executive operations – coordinate meals, workspace setup and other “small things” to keep leaders focused.
• Meeting and board coordination – organize logistics, greet guests and track follow‑ups for internal and board meetings.
• Project and task management – build transparent task systems to monitor competing deadlines.
• Travel and logistics – design complex itineraries covering flights, hotels and transportation.
• Culture and events – lead logistics for off‑sites, holiday parties and other employee events.

Required profile

• 4+ years supporting C‑level executives in fast‑growing environments.
