About the role
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high‑level support to the executive team of Bosch eBike Systems Americas, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will be the first point of contact in the Foothill Ranch office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, resolve meeting conflicts, and coordinate internal and external meetings worldwide.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, take messages, and route correspondence.
- Read, sort, and distribute incoming emails and other communications.
- Arrange travel, prepare expense reports, and handle related documentation.
- Prepare meeting materials, write minutes, create reports, presentations, and data briefs.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and international correspondence.
- Produce presentations and briefs, and develop efficient documentation processes.
- Support special projects, order office supplies, catering, and assist with P‑card purchases and events.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or 3+ years in executive support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Proficiency with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Experience using database or data‑management tools.
