About the role
The Administrative Analyst/Specialist supports faculty, staff, students and academic support units by providing technology consultation and oversight. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Innovation and Digital Excellence for Academic Success (IDEAS), the role leads the Academic Technology Resource Center and supervises student assistants.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to enhance technology use and access across campus.
- Oversee the Academic Technology Resource Center (ATRC) and supervise student assistants in ATRC, DISCOVERe, and IDEAS.
- Monitor divisional communications, meetings and events.
- Maintain and curate resource information and files for unit activities.
- Conduct budget analysis and provide administrative oversight for IDEAS.
- Lead the hiring process for student assistants.
- Perform requirement analysis, documentation and quality‑assurance testing.
- Ensure proposal submission deadlines are met with sound judgment and accountability.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of processes that ensure data integrity, compliance and internal controls.
- General knowledge of office management, public administration principles and fiscal analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with computer office systems and a broad range of technology platforms.

- Full‑time, probationary, exempt position with a salary range of $5,274 – $5,488 per month.
