About the role

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Farmers Branch, Texas. You will operate heavy equipment on earth‑work projects, ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of the excavator and related equipment.
  • Operate the excavator in a safe, controlled manner, adhering to all safety policies.
  • Grade to required elevations and tolerances.
  • Progress to proficiency before moving on to other machinery.
  • Adjust work hours to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Work in adverse weather conditions, both hot and cold.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 + year experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety and safe work practices.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
