Event Operations Lead – US

About the role

Boxbar Tech is seeking reliable Event Operations Leads to manage its automated beverage units at live events across the United States. You will set up, operate, and break down equipment, ensure smooth service, and act as the on‑site representative for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support setup, operation and breakdown of Boxbar units at events.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, stocked and ready for service.
• Perform basic technical checks and first‑line troubleshooting.
• Train venue staff on equipment use and act as the professional on‑site representative.
• Communicate with venue teams, event partners and Boxbar management, and monitor unit performance.
• Assist with loading, unloading, equipment movement and post‑event clean‑down.
• Complete simple post‑event reports and feedback forms.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and professional with experience in high‑pressure live environments.
• Comfortable with physical work, standing for long periods and lifting equipment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel to event sites.
• Able to follow processes, safety procedures and escalate issues when needed.

Required skills

• Basic technical troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ability to conduct equipment checks and follow operational procedures.
