Event + Activation Staff

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring Event + Activation Staff in San Francisco to support its Promotions & Events teams, which run more than 20,000 local and national events each year. You will help bring the company's stations, talent and clients to life through concerts, community activations and live broadcasts. The position is part-time and regular.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions aligned with station branding and client objectives.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways and technical needs.
• Work with Sales, Programming and Marketing teams to develop integrated promotional campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events and represent iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage with listeners and clients, gather feedback and maintain promotional inventory.
• Capture content and promote events on digital and social media channels.
• Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with the public and clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
