About the role

Join Oregano's team as an evening and weekend dishwasher. You will keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring a clean environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning the dishwashing area, removing trash, and assisting with general upkeep.
Support kitchen operations by helping with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations and promptly report equipment issues or safety hazards.

Required profile

Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Must be at least 16 years old with effective communication skills.
