Infosys is seeking an ETL Testing Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Quincy, MA. The role focuses on ensuring data quality and reliability across AI‑driven financial solutions, supporting banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture design decisions for development teams.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
