Escrow Officer Representative – West Coast Escrow

About the role

The Escrow Officer Representative serves as the essential link between agents, buyers, sellers and lenders, guiding real‑estate transactions from contract review through closing. This position requires fluency in Mandarin to support a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, verify titles, taxes, and loan funding to ensure accurate, timely closings.
• Coordinate paperwork with agents, lenders, underwriters, and government agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, attorneys, surveyors and other industry partners.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
• Attend closings to provide a positive experience for all parties.

Required profile

• Trusted consultant with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Constant learner who stays current on regulations and industry changes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to read people and communicate empathetically.
• Highly organized multi‑tasker capable of handling numerous contracts under deadline pressure.

Required skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education as needed.
• 2‑3 years of front‑ and back‑end escrow experience.
• Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
