ERP Program Manager (Navy) – DMAG/SMAG Augmentation

About the role

Navaide is seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead Navy ERP augmentation for the Depot Maintenance Activity Group (DMAG) and Supply Management Activity Group (SMAG). The role serves as the on‑site program lead, managing system support, corrective actions, and data product development within the Advana/War Data Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for government clients, DFAS, and Navaide leadership, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and staffing.
• Bridge data analytics, Navy ERP SMEs, and stakeholders to align data products with NWCF business rules and reporting requirements.
• Lead functional ERP support, process improvement, requirements analysis, and corrective action coordination for DMAG and SMAG.
• Mentor a distributed team, traveling up to 25% to satellite locations.
• Oversee development and governance of dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools on Advana, ensuring compliance with DoD standards.
• Identify root causes of system and process discrepancies and implement sustainable improvements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years progressive experience in DoD financial or supply management, ERP consulting, or augmentation support.
• At least 3 years in a program or team lead capacity.
• Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional support, especially Navy ERP modules (FI, FM, SD, MM, PM, CO).
• Experience with DMAG/SMAG or comparable Navy Working Capital Fund operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive domains.
