Equipment Maintenance Technician Supervisor – C Shift

About the role

The Equipment Maintenance Technician Supervisor works on the C shift (Sunday‑Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6 pm‑6 am) overseeing line maintenance in the wafer fabrication area. This role combines hands‑on equipment repair with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring high equipment availability for semiconductor production.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance for equipment failures and downtime.
• Arrange equipment installation, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance/repair programs and procedures.
• Lead staff meetings, manage time records, and align department schedules with production plans.
• Conduct hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions for the team.
• Inspect work for quality compliance and enforce safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and monitor the Preventative Maintenance schedule.

Required profile

• A degree or certificate in Electronics.
• At least 5 years of direct industrial manufacturing experience; semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively across departments and lead challenging conversations.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and tracking accuracy.
