Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join MOO’s manufacturing team as a 2nd‑shift Assembly Operator. You will be the final touch that ensures every printed product leaves the facility flawless and ready for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble final printed products, including intricate kitting and hand‑finishing.
• Dispatch completed orders for shipping.
• Use the binning system to collect all items for each order.
• Operate light equipment safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail – you notice colour shifts or crooked margins.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how machines work.
• Reliability – consistent attendance and meeting production targets.
• Adaptability – comfortable with fast‑changing tasks based on job tickets.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lb and stand for an 8‑hour shift.

Required skills

• Operation of light manufacturing equipment.
• Use of a binning system for order collection.
