Entry-Level Sustainability Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious graduate to join our sustainability advisory team in New York. As an Entry‑Level Sustainability Consultant you will support corporate, real‑estate and municipal clients in decarbonisation, resource efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and verifying Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse‑gas inventories using enterprise sustainability software.
• Work with engineering and architecture teams to analyse building‑scale data and help projects achieve certifications such as LEED or WELL.
• Build and maintain data models that track water use, waste diversion and energy efficiency for client portfolios.
• Conduct market research and peer benchmarking to identify and prioritise ESG materiality for clients.

Required profile

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large spreadsheets and data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical metrics into clear business insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
