Entry-Level Recruiter – Recent Graduate Position

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates or early‑career professionals to join our Chicago staffing team as entry‑level recruiters. You will receive training, mentorship, and the chance to build a professional network while supporting our fast‑growing recruitment operations across energy, engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using social media, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Manage candidate expectations regarding rates, salaries, titles and client requirements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with detailed information.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to foster long‑term relationships.
• Negotiate offer terms and conditions.
• Work independently, exercising judgment in candidate engagement and development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Highly motivated, goal‑driven and eager to learn.
• Interest in recruiting and sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
