About the role

The Head of Learning & Development, Americas is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the learning vision and driving talent development across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Partnering with senior business leaders, HR and global stakeholders, this role champions a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and global priorities.
• Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning solutions, leveraging digital platforms and modern methodologies.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning programs.
• Lead, coach and develop a regional L&D team, fostering collaboration across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
• Manage the annual Learning & Development Center of Excellence budget and measure impact through analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related fields.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience with proven results in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing enterprise‑wide or regional learning strategies and leading L&D functions.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to travel 10–20%.

• Digital learning platforms and online learning methodologies.
• Learning analytics and capability planning.
