Entry Level Associate Consultant (Recruitment)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our fast‑growing recruitment team in downtown Chicago. This entry‑level position offers a full‑cycle 360° recruitment experience, combining business development, candidate sourcing and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Consult with hiring managers on talent strategy, negotiate recruitment agreements and manage the sales pipeline.
• Source, engage and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and negotiate offers to close placements.
• Track market trends, compensation benchmarks and build a talent pipeline within assigned technical sectors.

Required profile

• Highly competitive, financially driven and goal‑oriented.
• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and can handle a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Coach‑able, eager to learn and comfortable with performance‑based targets.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, leadership roles or competitive activities is a plus.
