Enterprise Sales Leader – Consumer Business Services

About the role

Sierra is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth for its Consumer Business Services portfolio. You will build and lead a high‑performing sales team that sells AI‑powered customer‑facing agents to large enterprises across many industries.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop Account Executives across the region, coaching them on deal strategy, pipeline management and execution while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Own regional revenue targets and forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline quality, unblock stalled deals and ensure consistent execution of Sierra’s sales process.
• Participate in key customer and prospect conversations, guide reps through complex buying committees, and support pricing, negotiation and close strategy.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of identifying and closing large accounts.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience managing, mentoring and developing high‑performing enterprise sales teams.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end complex deals of $1M+ in size.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
