Enterprise Sales Lead, AI Upskilling

About the role

Campus is looking for an exceptional enterprise sales professional to bring its new AI upskilling course to employees and employers across the United States. This part‑time, contract position offers the chance to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a cutting‑edge AI education program.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your existing professional network to open doors with senior leaders at major U.S. corporations.
• Identify and prospect organizations that could benefit from AI upskilling for their workforce.
• Secure meetings with executives and decision‑makers across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, Operations, and Technology functions.
• Introduce Campus and communicate the value proposition of the AI course.
• Develop opportunities for employers to sponsor, purchase, or offer the course to their employees.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective enterprise partners.
• Gather feedback from employers to help refine product, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Work directly with Campus leadership to evaluate demand and scale the program.

Required profile

• Exceptional track record in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong existing network across large U.S. corporations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior executives and enterprise decision‑makers.
• Experience selling into HR, Learning & Development, Talent, workforce development, technology, or related functions.
• Ability to operate independently and create opportunities without significant sales infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills.
• Genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform work.
• Experience selling education, professional development, or enterprise learning products is a plus.
