Enterprise Sales Director, Consumer Business Services

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Director for Consumer Business Services will lead the acquisition and growth of large enterprise customers across a broad range of consumer‑focused industries. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi‑million‑dollar deals, while leveraging AI‑driven tools to increase efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to build pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead negotiations and close complex 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals, coordinating with legal and finance teams.
• Design and execute sales strategies, craft tailored presentations and proposals, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver the industry‑leading AI platform.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the sales process to automate low‑value tasks and focus on high‑value customer interactions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in enterprise‑facing sales roles, consistently closing large accounts.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and handling end‑to‑end 6‑ and 7‑figure deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and building enterprise pipelines.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging industry trends is a plus.
