Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the execution of autonomous maritime solutions. You will partner with engineers and cross‑functional teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure needed for efficient project execution.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with management.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead recurring status meetings to track progress, priorities, and risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and risk registers.
• Report project health and status through established channels.
• Engage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, scheduling software).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
