End of Line Supervisor

About the role

The End of Line Supervisor will lead the final assembly, testing and delivery of autonomous surface vessels at Saronic Technologies. This high‑visibility position ensures each vessel meets strict performance, quality and Department of Defense compliance standards before shipment to defense customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑of‑line operations, including final system integration, hardware/software configuration and functional testing.
• Coordinate schedules to guarantee vessels are completed on time and meet all specifications and safety tests.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality‑control procedures in partnership with the QA team.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lean manufacturing and other process‑optimization methodologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records and compliance reports for each vessel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience with autonomous vehicles, unmanned systems or maritime platforms.
