About the role

The Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) at Veeva is a customer‑centric role focused on internal managers and their teams. Modeled after high‑service organizations, the ESBP drives service excellence, empowers leaders, and aligns talent to business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support business leaders in driving core Employee Success processes.
• Proactively ensure ES policies do not inhibit or slow down support groups.
• Provide managers counsel on employee relations, change management, and compensation.
• Help managers align business objectives with talent profiles and people strategies.
• Act as a people‑oriented solutions consultant, delivering thought partnership and tools.
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance and talent management.
• Contribute to the evolution of the ES Business Partner team via projects and thought partnership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years in consultative‑type roles.
• Experience facilitating various phases of the employee life cycle.
• Deep understanding of business operations and economics.
• Skilled communicator adept at influencing and building trust.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex data.
• Creative thinker who creates business‑oriented people solutions.
• Highly resourceful and comfortable working with ambiguity.
