Human Resources Representative – Night Shift (USA)

About the role

The Human Resources Representative will work the USA night shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM) on‑site, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle and fostering a positive workplace culture. Reporting to HR leadership, the role combines employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, resolve concerns, and maintain confidentiality.
• Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote belonging and culture.
• Manage HR documentation, attendance, leave, shift schedules, onboarding, transfers, and exits.
• Support performance improvement, counselling, and disciplinary processes in partnership with managers.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality and Recruitment to address people‑related challenges and provide insights on absenteeism, attrition and engagement trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, employee relations or people operations, preferably in a BPO, contact‑centre or high‑volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, empathy, problem‑solving and ability to handle confidential matters fairly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field is preferred.
